BrandzIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate campaign insights, reports, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

You retain full ownership of your data at all times. Your advertising data, campaign metrics, and any content you input into BrandzIQ remain yours. By using BrandzIQ you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose other than operating and improving BrandzIQ as described in our Privacy Policy.

BrandzIQ and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandzIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of BrandzIQ shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

BrandzIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

BrandzIQ integrates with third-party services including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Anthropic, Clerk, and Stripe. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of BrandzIQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
