1. Who We Are

BrandzIQ ("we", "us", "our") is a marketing intelligence platform operated at brandziq.ai. We help brands and agencies analyse campaign performance across multiple advertising platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and DV360.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account via our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Advertising platform data: Campaign performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS) from advertising platforms you connect to BrandzIQ. This data is read-only — we never modify your campaigns.
• OAuth tokens: Access tokens issued by advertising platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok) that allow us to read your campaign data on your behalf. These are stored securely and never shared.
• Usage data: Basic analytics about how you use the platform to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Display your campaign performance data within the BrandzIQ dashboard
• Generate AI-powered insights and reports using your campaign data
• Provide the services you have requested
• Improve and develop our platform
• Communicate with you about your account and our services

We do not use your advertising data to train AI models or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. LinkedIn Data

When you connect your LinkedIn Ads account to BrandzIQ, we access the following data via the LinkedIn Marketing API:

• Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions)
• Ad account information
• Campaign names and statuses

This data is used solely to display your LinkedIn Ads performance within the BrandzIQ dashboard. We request only the minimum permissions required (r_ads and r_ads_reporting). We do not post content, modify campaigns, or access any personal data of your LinkedIn connections or followers.

You can revoke BrandzIQ's access to your LinkedIn account at any time via your LinkedIn account settings.

5. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Data

When you connect your Meta Ads account, we access campaign performance data via the Meta Marketing API with read-only permissions (ads_read). We do not access personal data of your customers or your Facebook/Instagram followers.

You can revoke access at any time via your Facebook Business settings.

6. Google Ads Data

When you connect your Google Ads account, we access campaign metrics via the Google Ads API. We request only the adwords scope and use it exclusively to display performance data within BrandzIQ.

You can revoke access via your Google account permissions.

7. Data Storage and Security

We store your data securely using industry-standard encryption. OAuth access tokens are stored server-side and never exposed in the browser. We use Supabase for data storage with row-level security enabled.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data or advertising data with third parties, except:

• Service providers: We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate AI insights. Campaign data passed to Claude for analysis is not stored by Anthropic beyond the API request.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
• Disconnect any advertising platform from your BrandzIQ account at any time

10. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your session and store OAuth access tokens securely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

11. Children's Privacy

BrandzIQ is a business tool not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of BrandzIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
